Sinai Quiroz - Erin Brockovich

1. Erin’s aggressive pursuit does stem from the fact that she is a single mother. Honestly I believe that whenever a family is going through something, anyone apart of that family would do just about anything to pull through and support their family, which would make sense into why Erin comes off to everyone in that aggressive pushy way. She only does it to pull through for her three kids. Erin personality, she still finds a way to do what she has to in order to survive.

2. My first impression of Ed Masry was that he not a serious lawyer and he clearly didn’t take Erin serious because of the way she acts and the way she dresses. I immediately thought that Ed was not professional and did take what he did serious. After not building a strong statement or case for Erin he didn’t return any of  Erin’s calls after the case. I believe attorneys should always, no matter what case they take on, have a strong argument for their clients and they should definitely take their clients serious.

3. “Work ethic” is defined as “a belief in work as a moral good.” Erin works hard and puts all her effort into what she does. Her work ethic is bold and strong because she doesn’t stop until she get what she wants to know, such as the case they’re working on. She believes she is nothing more or less than Ed, because she has worked hard to get where she is now. The way that Erin works and her personality does influence her work ethic.

4. I agree with Erin’s perspective, and I believe she did what she had to do to get her point across to the attorneys because they couldn’t even drink the water because they knew something was wrong with it. Yes she came off too aggressive but that’s her attitude and honestly it’s a good attitude to have when you’re trying to fight for something important.
