- I think that erin brockovich aggressive pursuit of a job does stemmed from the fact that she is an single mother because she always talks about the fact that she wants her kids life more enjoyable and she always talks about her kids. Erins “rights” and ‘wrong” in the workplace is different from the rest of the people because she wears clothes that expose her body parts and she swears all the time, and she do things her way. Erin is kinda pushy but she’s really just determined to get a job to provide for her kids and that’s her main goal.
- At the beginning of the film i didn’t really like Ed marsdy because he didn’t really cared much about her. He seems as if he wasn’t on erin’s side, i think he didn’t try that much because of the value of the case in the beginning so it wasn’t a big deal for him. I think it is fair for the lawyers to give same treatment to every clients because it’s their job.
- In merriam webster dictionary they define the term work ethic as “a belief in work as a moral good” erin work ethic is dedication and determination. She shows dedication to her job because she of her kids and her kids means everything to her and she is determined to win the case so her kids could have a better life. She does see herself as an employee.
