30 Days on minimum wage
2. A budget really helped Alex and Morgan manage their money for thirty days. Since Alex and Morgan are work minimum wage, which is almost at the poverty line, they have to make sure they check the money they spend everyday and keep every pennies. That's why you have a budget, to keep track of every dollar you spent and get back.
9. I think she was just surprised that the people with no jobs,minimum wage, and at poverty line, would be the ones given stuff stuff out like that for free. And to her it's just a blessing for people to do that.
I agree with your response to question 9. Alex is just taken aback at the kindness that people are showing even though they might be in the same position as she is. This was a reminder to her that there are a lot of good people in the world, we just talk about all the bad people more often.
